MaClay Market and Cazcanes Tequila understand that there will be times when products may be damaged during delivery. We will honor claims for replacement in such events. In order to process claims, we require that the customer who received the delivery return all damaged products at the direction of MaClay and Cazcanes Tequila, and we may make the arrangements for the delivery company to pick up the damaged items.  We request that you contact us to start the claim process. Please understand that if you do not return the damaged products, MaClay and Cazcanes Tequila may not be able to provide you with a replacement. Customers need to file a claim for damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please initiate the claim by emailing us at info@cazcanestequila.com

Please include the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Tracking Number

  • Description of damage

  • Picture of the damaged item including the packaging

  • Your name

  • Your full mailing address

  • Your phone numbers (office, home, mobile)

  • Your email
