Cazcanes Dirty Paloma

Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Cazcanes No. 10 Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Campari
- 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (or Agave Syrup)
- 0.5 oz Olive Brine
- Top with Tonic Water (approx. 1.5 oz)
Instructions:
- Add tequila, dry vermouth, Campari, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup (or agave), and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a Grapefruit Slice and Olive Skewer.
