Dirty Paloma

Cazcanes Dirty Paloma

  • 1 ¼ oz Cazcanes No.10

  • ½ oz dry vermouth

  • ¼ oz Campari

  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup (or agave syrup)

  • ½ oz olive brine

  • Top with tonic water (approximately 1 ½ oz)

Garnish: Grapefruit slice and olive skewer

Glass: Coupe glass

Instructions:

  1. Add Cazcanes No.10, dry vermouth, Campari, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup (or agave), and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.

  3. Top with tonic water.

  4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and an olive skewer.
