Cazcanes Dirty Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 1.25 oz Cazcanes No. 10 Blanco Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (or Agave Syrup)
  • 0.5 oz Olive Brine
  • Top with Tonic Water (approx. 1.5 oz) 

Instructions

  1. Add tequila, dry vermouth, Campari, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup (or agave), and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Top with tonic water.
  4. Garnish with a Grapefruit Slice and Olive Skewer.
