Cazcanes Dirty Paloma

1 ¼ oz Cazcanes No.10

½ oz dry vermouth
-
¼ oz Campari
-
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
-
½ oz fresh lime juice
-
½ oz simple syrup (or agave syrup)

½ oz olive brine
-
Top with tonic water (approximately 1 ½ oz)
Garnish: Grapefruit slice and olive skewer
Glass: Coupe glass
Instructions:

Add Cazcanes No.10, dry vermouth, Campari, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup (or agave), and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.

Top with tonic water.

Garnish with a grapefruit slice and an olive skewer.
