Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped via FedEx ground or GLS depending on the destination. All orders are shipped with an Adult Signature Required and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.

All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. In the event of shipping damage, we will work with you to get the product replaced (see below). Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
