Prickly Pear Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cazcanes No.7 Blanco
- 1 ½ to 2 oz prickly pear purée or peel and cube one prickly pear and muddle
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz agave syrup
- 2 drops saline
- Splash of soda water (approximately 1 oz)
Instructions:
- Add Cazcanes No.7 Blanco, prickly pear purée (or muddled prickly pear), lime juice, agave syrup, and 2 drops of saline to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of rosemary.
